I would like to commend the professionalism, kindness, and competency of Elite Health Services. I am currently undergoing PT for a TMJ disorder with Adam Czaplinski. While the end result is still unknown, I feel like I’m in very good hands with Adam. He really cares about his patients and even wanted feedback on my vacation showing that his concern was genuine. He realizes that this disorder is a big problem in my life causing me stress and discomfort daily and is willing to go that extra mile to help. This company, especially Adam, is excellent.

Real pros that know what they’re doing. These are not a bunch of people on their cell phones telling you to do 10 of this or 20 of that. This is mostly hands-on manipulation specifically for YOUR injury that you can’t do at home! Amazing results. Highly recommend them.

I have tried another PT place before but EHS is a totally different and better experience. You get full attention for an entire hour in a private room – and most importantly, it works! Best investment you can make in your health.

I began Pilates with Corey about 7 years ago and have enjoyed it very much. Corey has a wonderful teaching style. I found pilates easy to stick with and am so thankful I did because it has kept a few of my issues away, like plantar fasciitis. It also helped me immensely during my double knee replacement. Having strong arms and a strong core were crucial for my recovery.

I have been doing PT as well at Elite since July ’22 with Alex, to prepare for double knee replacement which I had in January ’23. Alex helped me strengthen all necessary muscles before surgery. He was/is a pleasure to work with. I’m working with him still as I recover, and am confident he’ll get me where I need to be with my new knees.
He’s a gifted therapist and I feel so much better after each session. Elite has an amazing level of professionalism in all that it offers.

My experience with Elite Health has been outstanding. Some background. I’ve had a decades long series of injuries to my left ankle, resulting in two surgeries. The first was in 2011 and the second in February 2021. Due to COVID concerns, I didn’t begin PT until August 2021, and didn’t have high expectations for the results based on past experience with multiple other orthopedic injuries/surgeries. At the start of my therapy, I had very limited (3 degrees) of dorsiflexion, which affected both my ability to walk properly and to engage in other more athletic activities. I couldn’t comfortably get in a ski boot which typically has built-in forward lean, and could not get to parallel in a squat. Today, after seven months of one to two sessions per week with Vin at Elite, my ability to participate in athletic activities is dramatically improved. My dorsiflexion is 9+ degrees, I have no issues with any activities which require an athletic, forward stance, and I can easily do a full (ATG) squat. It’s difficult to overemphasize the difference this treatment had made in my mobility and my life. I can only confidently speak to the experience with my therapist, Vin Recine, but I believe that the approach at Elite is consistent across therapists. In my experience, the principal differences in that approach versus other PT practices are: 1. Holistic. They don’t treat just the immediate injury, but the whole area affected by the damage. In my case, this was all the way up to my hip. 2. They don’t target a “good enough” result, which, I think, typically ends with some modest improvement but leaves lingering issues which impact the patient’s ability, likely forever. 3. It’s hard work. You’ve got to really participate in the process. I strongly recommend elite. I’ll never go anywhere else for PT.

Elite Physical Therapy has changed my life!

I was gifted the opportunity of a starter assessment session to see where I was at in my health journey. As a skeptic by nature I was not sure if this was for me or that this type of workout would be any different than what I had done in the past. Fast forward 2 years later this is a part of my weekly routine and one that I will not live without. My Journey with Steve and the amazing PT’s at Elite began with my fitness tale of ups and downs over the years. I shared with Steve some guideposts like “I will never run” (I run several miles a day now) or that fancy balloon breathing was something to chuckle at because it was super easy (news flash: it’s hard when done right and actually makes your core stronger and breathing when running easier…Who knew!) The combination of PT when needed and Elite training goes hand in hand and has enabled me to gain strength and keep me on the road. The communication and genuine desire to see you succeed shows in every interaction I have with the team. Elite has engaged me with a community of other runners and upped my game in every way – at my pace (which is slow, you won’t find me on the medal stand at the Minutemen Run but you will see me at the end). They made it possible so that I can ( and want to) run a 10K and still walk the next day.. dare I say even run.

EHS is the absolute best physical therapy practice you will come across. Therapists Cait, Liz, and Alex are not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented but they also make you feel comfortable and at home as soon as you walk through the door. There is no better place to recover from an injury, pain, or whatever else you may be dealing with. Can not recommend enough!

If I could give 5 STARS PLUS I would…. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my EHS experiences. I was lucky enough to have been referred by a trusted friend in 2014 for a debilitating injury and have been using EHS services ever since. Initially I worked with their physical therapists, who impressed me with not just their wealth of knowledge and varying skillsets but equally how differently their approach was than other physical therapy services I had ever experienced in the past as much as the team’s personal investment in seeing me to a full recovery. Never before had someone worked with me one-on one for an hour’s time, performing physical manual therapy (not electrical stim) and sourcing the root cause of the problem. All at the same time helping me to become more aware of my lifestyle and life choices that were impacting my physical health so I could make the changes to heal faster and put less stress on vulnerable spots. Not only did I improve my health, I got an education.

As my health improved, I was so impressed and motivated to take my physical health to the next level, I started working with their personal trainers, pilates instructor, attended educational events, and as a result — my life is happier and full of activities I would not have been in the position to enjoy had I not received such great care.

EHS is a special team of passionate health professionals who not only love what they do but love seeing the difference they can make in the lives of others. I have wholeheartedly recommended many dear friends and family members through the years who are equally smitten and would continue to do so without hesitation as there is NO ONE else I would trust. This place is off the charts fantastic! Alex Blank did a fantastic job helping alleviate calf issues so I can run again, this during COVID. Cara Ganser was super helpful ensuring all the paper work etc. was on time as well. Highly recommended!

As a Licensed Massage Therapist in NYC, I have had the pleasure to work alongside some of the best healthcare practitioners in the business. When COVID-19 became present in our community I was forced to shut down my small business, BPayneFree Therapeutic Massage, to help stop the spread of this awful virus. I am back to doing more active sports, like skiing & windsurfing.

I’ve had an active life and accumulated my fair share of injuries. After years of this, as well as years of sitting at a desk, I’d more or less accepted that I would just keep getting slower and more injury prone as I got older. With her depth of knowledge, thoughtfulness, and insight, Liz opened my eyes to an entirely different way of looking at it; I was getting injured because I wasn’t using my body properly, not because I was “really pushing it” or because it was inevitable! Through learning proper functional movements and building functional strength, I’m as active now in my 40s as I was in my 20s, and I feel as good if not better. With better body awareness, I’ve seen my skiing improve dramatically, even though I’ve been doing it for close to 40 years, and I was able to effortlessly pick up windsurfing this summer. If you’re an active person willing to put in the work, Liz will change your life. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
